Abstract: Contrary to the see-saw models, extended Higgs sectors leading to radiatively-induced neutrino masses do require the extra particles to be at the TeV scale. However, these new states have often exotic decays, to which experimental LHC searches performed so far, focused on scalars decaying into pairs of same-sign leptons, are not sensitive. In this paper we show that their experimental signatures can start to be tested with current LHC data if dedicated multi-region analyses correlating different observables are used. We also provide high-accuracy estimations of the complicated Standard Model backgrounds involved. For the case of the Zee-Babu model, we show that regions not yet constrained by neutrino data and low-energy experiments can be already probed, while most of the parameter space could be excluded at the 95% C.L. in a high-luminosity phase of the LHC.

Abstract: We study the theoretical constraints on a model whose scalar sector contains one color octet and one or two color singlet SU(2)(L) doublets. To ensure unitarity of the theory, we constrain the parameters of the scalar potential for the first time at the next-to-leading order in perturbation theory. Moreover, we derive new conditions guaranteeing the stability of the potential. We employ the HEPfit package to extract viable parameter regions at the electroweak scale and test the stability of the renormalization group evolution up to the multi-TeV region. Furthermore, we set upper limits on the scalar mass splittings. All results are given for both cases with and without a second scalar color singlet.

Abstract: The most recent result reported by the Muon g-2 Experiment at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) in 2025 has changed the game for new physics. The central value for Muon Anomalous Magnetic Moment (g-2) has significantly changed, Delta a mu=38x10-11, and the discrepancy between theory and experiment now falls within 1 sigma. Motivated by this, we discuss the new physics contributions stemming from the SU(3)C x SU(3)L x U(1)X gauge group, 3-3-1 for short. Moreover, we investigate the interplay between future colliders and g-2 when the 3-3-1 model is augmented by inert scalar triplets and vector-like fermions. We conclude that great improvement that has been achieved in the theory and measurement of the g-2 has made it a powerful probe for new physics. We concretely show this by putting our findings into perspective with projected bounds from the High-Luminosity LHC and Future Circular Collider (FCC-hh).

Abstract: Recently, it has been shown Battye et al. (2011) that the two Higgs doublet model potential may exhibit a maximum of 13 distinct accidental symmetries. Such a classification is based on a six-dimensional bilinear scalar field formalism realizing the SO(1.5) symmetry group. This Letter presents the transformation relations for each of the 13 symmetries in the original scalar field space and their one-to-one correspondence to the space of scalar bilinears, thereby providing firm support for the completeness of the classification.
