Abstract (up) A search for the charmless B-s(0) -> eta'phi decay is performed using pp collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb(-1). No signal is observed and upper limits on the B-s(0) -> eta'phi branching fraction are set to 0.82 x 10(-6) at 90% and 1.01 x 10(-6) at 95% confidence level.

Abstract (up) A search for the CP-violating strong decays eta -> pi(+)pi(-) and eta ' (958) -> pi(+)pi(-) has been performed using approximately 2.5 x 10(7) events of each of the decays D+ -> pi(+)pi(+)pi(-) and D-s(+) -> pi(+)pi(+)pi(-), recorded by the LHCb experiment. The data set corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1) of pp collision data recorded during LHC Run 1 and 0.3fb(-1) recorded in Run 2. No evidence is seen for D-(s)(+) -> pi(+)eta((')) with eta((')) -> pi(+)pi(-), and upper limits at 90% confidence level are set on the branching fractions, B(eta -> pi(+)pi(-)) < 1.6 x 10(-5) and B(eta' -> pi(+)pi(-)) < 1.8 x 10(-5). The limit for the eta decay is comparable with the existing one, while that for the eta' is a factor of three smaller than the previous limit.

Abstract (up) A search for the decay B-s(0) -> (K) over bar (*0) mu(+) mu(-) is presented using data sets corresponding to 1.0, 2.0 and 1.6 fb(-1) of integrated luminosity collected during pp collisions with the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13TeV, respectively. An excess is found over the background-only hypothesis with a significance of 3.4 standard deviations. The branching fraction of the B-s(0) -> (K) over bar (*0) mu(+) mu(-) decay is determined to be B(B-s(0) -> (K) over bar (*0) mu(+) mu(-)) = [2.9 +/- 1.0 (stat) +/- 0.2 (syst) +/- 0.3 (norm)] x 10(-8), where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. The third uncertainty is due to limited knowledge of external parameters used to normalise the branching fraction measurement.

Abstract (up) A search for the decays B-c(+) -> J/psi D-(*()0) Kappa(+) and B-c(+) -> J/psi D-(*K)+*(0) is performed with data collected at the LHCb experiment corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb(-1). The decays B-c(+) -> J/psi(DK+)-K-0 and B-c(+) -> J/psi D*K-0(+) are observed for the first time, while first evidence is reported for the B-c(broken vertical bar) -> J/psi D*K-broken vertical bar(*0) and B-c(broken vertical bar) -> J/psi(DK)-K-broken vertical bar*(0) decays. The branching fractions of these decays are determined relative to the B-c(+) -> J/psi pi(+) decay. The B-c(+) mass is measured, using the J/psi(DK+)-K-0 final state, to be 6274.28 +/- 1.40(stat) +/- 0.32(syst) MeV/c(2). This is the most precise single measurement of the B-c(+) mass to date.

No signal is observed. Assuming no contribution from B-0 -> e(+)e(-) decays, an upper limit on the branching fraction B(B-s(0) -> e(+)e(-)) < 9.4(11.2) x 10(-9) is obtained at 90(95)% confidence level. If no B-s(0) -> e(+)e(-) contribution is assumed, a limit of B(B-0 -> e(+)e(-)) < 2.5(3.0) x 10(-9) is determined at 90(95)% confidence level. These upper limits are more than one order of magnitude lower than the previous values.

Abstract (up) A search for the doubly charmed baryon.+ cc is performed through its decay to the.+ c K- p+ final state, using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13 TeV. The data correspond to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb-1. No significant signal is observed in the mass range from 3.4 to 3.8 GeV/c2. Upper limits are set at 95% credibility level on the ratio of the.+ cc production cross-section times the branching fraction to that of.+ c and.++ cc baryons. The limits are determined as functions of the.+ cc mass for di fferent lifetime hypotheses, in the rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and the transverse momentum range from 4 to 15 GeV/c.

Abstract (up) A search for the doubly heavy Xi bc0 baryon using its decay to the D(0)pK(-) final state is performed using proton-proton collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV collected by the LHCb experiment between 2016 and 2018, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb(-1). No significant signal is found in the invariant mass range from 6.7 to 7.2 GeV/c(2). Upper limits are set at 95% credibility level on the ratio of the Xi bc0 production cross-section times its branching fraction to D(0)pK(-) relative to that of the Lambda b0 -> D0pK- decay. The limits are set as a function of the Xi bc0 mass and lifetime hypotheses, in the rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and in the transverse momentum region from 5 to 25 GeV/c. Upper limits range from 1.7 x 10(-2) to 3.0 x 10(-1) for the considered Xi bc0 mass and lifetime hypotheses.
