Abstract: Measurements of CP observables in B-+/- -> DK +/- and B-+/- -> D pi (+/-) decays are presented, where D represents a superposition of D-0 and D<overbar>0 states. The D meson is reconstructed in the three-body final states KS0K +/- pi -/+ and KS0K -/+ pi +/-. The analysis uses samples of B mesons produced in proton-proton collisions, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0, 2.0, and 6.0 fb(-1) collected with the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies of s = 7, 8, and 13 TeV, respectively. These measurements are the most precise to date, and provide important input for the determination of the CKM angle gamma.

Abstract: This paper presents an analysis of the Lambda(0)(b) -> J/psi Lambda angular distribution and the transverse production polarisation of Lambda(0)(b) baryons in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13TeV. The measurements are performed using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.9 fb(-1), collected with the LHCb experiment. The polarisation is determined in a fiducial region of Lambda(0)(b) transverse momentum and pseudorapidity of 1 < p(T) < 20 GeV/c and 2 < eta < 5, respectively. The data are consistent with Lambda(0)(b) baryons being produced unpolarised in this region. The parity-violating asymmetry parameter of the Lambda -> p pi(-) decay is also determined from the data and its value is found to be consistent with a recent measurement by the BES III collaboration.

Abstract: A search is presented for the lepton flavour violating decay B+ -> K+mu (-)tau (+) using a sample of proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, collected with the LHCb detector and corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb(-1). The tau leptons are selected inclusively, primarily via decays with a single charged particle. The four-momentum of the tau lepton is determined by using B+ mesons from Bs20 -> B+K- decays. No significant excess is observed, and an upper limit is set on the branching fractionB(B+-> K+mu (-)tau (+))<3.9x10(-5)at90%confidence level.The obtained limit is comparable to the world-best limit.

NA62 Collaboration(Cortina Gil, E. et al), & Husek, T. (2020). An investigation of the very rare K+ -> pi+ nu nubar decay. J. High Energy Phys., 11(11), 042–57pp.
Abstract: The NA62 experiment reports an investigation of the K+-> pi+nu nu <overbar> mode from a sample of K+ decays collected in 2017 at the CERN SPS. The experiment has achieved a single event sensitivity of (0.389 +/- 0.024) x 10(-10), corresponding to 2.2 events assuming the Standard Model branching ratio of (8.4 +/- 1.0) x 10(-11). Two signal candidates are observed with an expected background of 1.5 events. Combined with the result of a similar analysis conducted by NA62 on a smaller data set recorded in 2016, the collaboration now reports an upper limit of 1.78 x 10(-10) for the K+-> pi+nu nu <overbar> branching ratio at 90% CL. This, together with the corresponding 68% CL measurement of (0.48-0.48+0.72) x 10(-10), are currently the most precise results worldwide, and are able to constrain some New Physics models that predict large enhancements still allowed by previous measurements.

Abstract: The shape of the B-s(0) -> D-s*mu(+)nu(mu) differential decay rate is obtained as a function of the hadron recoil parameter using proton-proton collision data at a centreof-mass energy of 13TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.7 fb(-1) collected by the LHCb detector. The B-s(0) -> D-s*(-)mu(+)nu(mu) decay is reconstructed through the decays D-s*(-) up arrow D-s(-) gamma and D-s(-) -> K-K+pi(-). The differential decay rate is fitted with the CapriniLellouch-Neubert (CLN) and Boyd-Grinstein-Lebed (BGL) parametrisations of the form factors, and the relevant quantities for both are extracted.

Abstract: A measurement of four branching-fraction ratios for three-body decays of B mesons involving two open-charm hadrons in the final state is presented. Abstract: A search for CP violation in the Cabibbo-suppressed D-0 K+K-+- decay mode is performed using an amplitude analysis. The measurement uses a sample of pp collisions recorded by the LHCb experiment during 2011 and 2012, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1). The D-0 mesons are reconstructed from semileptonic b-hadron decays into D0-X final states. The selected sample contains more than 160 000 signal decays, allowing the most precise amplitude modelling of this D-0 decay to date. The obtained amplitude model is used to perform the search for CP violation. The result is compatible with CP symmetry, with a sensitivity ranging from 1% to 15% depending on the amplitude considered.

Abstract: Using pp collisions corresponding to 3 fb integrated luminosity, recorded by the LHCb experiment at centre- of- mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, the ratio of branching fractions B (0b ! (2 S) ) =B (0b ! J= ) = 0 : 513 0 : 023 (stat) 0 : 016 (syst) 0 : 011 (B) is determined. The first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic and the third is due to the external branching fractions used.

Abstract: The branching fractions of the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decays D+ ! K, D+ ! and D+ s ! are measured using the decays D+ ! K and D+ s ! K as normalisation channels. The measurements are performed using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at a centre-of-mass energy of 8TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.0 fb. The results are B (D+ ! K) B (D+ ! K) = (6 : 541 0 : 025 0 : 042) 10 B (D+ ! ) B (D+ ! K) = (5 : 231 0 : 009 0 : 023) 10 B (D+ s ! ) B (D+ s ! Abstract: The doubly Cabibbo- suppressed decay Xi(+)(c) -> p phi with ! K+K is observed for the fi rst time, with a statistical signi fi cance of more than fi fteen standard deviations. The data sample used in this analysis corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 2 fb recorded with the LHCb detector in pp collisions at a centre- of- mass energy of 8TeV. The ratio of branching fractions between the decay + c ! p and the singly Cabibbo- suppressed decay + c ! pK is measured to be B (Xi(+)(c) -> p phi) B (Xi(+)(c) -> p phi) = (19 : 8 0 : 7 0 : 9 0 : 2) 10 where the fi rst uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third due to the knowledge of the Xi(+)(c) -> pK(+)pi(+) branching fraction.
