Title Model-independent traversable wormholes from baryon acoustic oscillations Type Journal Article
Year 2023 Publication Physics of the Dark Universe Abbreviated Journal Phys. Dark Universe
  Volume (down) 42 Issue Pages 101306 - 8pp
Keywords Traversable wormholes; Dark energy; Baryon acoustic oscillations
Abstract In this paper, we investigate the model-independent traversable wormholes from baryon acoustic oscillations. Firstly, we place the statistical constraints on the average dark energy equation of state Wav by only using BAO data. Subsequently, two specific wormhole solutions are obtained, i.e, the cases of the constant redshift function and a special choice for the shape function. For the first case, we analyze the traversabilities of the wormhole configuration, and for the second case, we find that one can construct theoretically a traversable wormhole with infinitesimal amounts of average null energy condition violating phantom fluid. Furthermore, we perform the stability analysis for the first case, and find that the stable equilibrium configurations may increase for increasing values of the throat radius of the wormhole in the cases of a positive and a negative surface energy density. It is worth noting that the obtained wormhole solutions are static and spherically symmetrical metric, and that we assume Wav to be a constant between different redshifts when placing constraints, hence, these wormhole solutions can be interpreted as stable and static phantom wormholes configurations at some certain redshift which lies in the range [0.32, 2.34].

Title (4)(Lambda Lambda) n system Type Journal Article

Abstract Using local central Yukawa-type Malfliet-Tjon interactions reproducing the low-energy parameters and phase shifts of the nn system, and the latest updates of the n Lambda and Lambda Lambda Nijmegen ESCO8c potentials, we study the possible existence of a (4)(Lambda Lambda)n bound state. Our results indicate that the (4)(Lambda Lambda)n is unbound, being just above threshold. We discuss the role played by the S-1(0) nn repulsive term of the Yukawa-type Malfliet-Tjon interaction.

Title Neutral baryonic systems with strangeness Type Journal Article
Year 2020 Publication International Journal of Modern Physics E Abbreviated Journal Int. J. Mod. Phys. E
  Volume (down) 29 Issue 1 Pages 1930009 - 22pp
Keywords Few-body systems; baryon-baryon interaction; hypernuclei
Abstract We review the status as regards to the existence of three- and four-body bound states made of neutrons and Lambda hyperons. For interesting cases, the coupling to neutral baryonic systems made of charged particles of different strangeness has been addressed. There are strong arguments showing that the Lambda nn system has no bound states. Lambda Lambda nn strong stable states are not favored by our current knowledge of the strangeness -1 and -2 baryon-baryon interactions. However, a possible Xi(-) t quasibound state decaying to Lambda Lambda nn might exist in nature. Similarly, there is a broad agreement about the nonexistence of Lambda Lambda n bound states. However, the coupling to Xi NN states opens the door to a resonance above the Lambda Lambda n threshold.

Title Weak decays of heavy hadrons into dynamically generated resonances Type Journal Article
Year 2016 Publication International Journal of Modern Physics E Abbreviated Journal Int. J. Mod. Phys. E
  Volume (down) 25 Issue 1 Pages 1630001 - 105pp
Keywords Heavy meson and baryon weak decays; mesonic and baryonic resonances; final state interaction
Abstract In this paper, we present a review of recent works on weak decay of heavy mesons and baryons with two mesons, or a meson and a baryon, interacting strongly in the final state. The aim is to learn about the interaction of hadrons and how some particular resonances are produced in the reactions. It is shown that these reactions have peculiar features and act as filters for some quantum numbers which allow to identify easily some resonances and learn about their nature. The combination of basic elements of the weak interaction with the framework of the chiral unitary approach allow for an interpretation of results of many reactions and add a novel information to different aspects of the hadron interaction and the properties of dynamically generated resonances.

Title Interaction of vector mesons with baryons and nuclei Type Journal Article
Year 2012 Publication International Journal of Modern Physics E Abbreviated Journal Int. J. Mod. Phys. E
  Volume (down) 21 Issue 11 Pages 1230011 - 18pp
Keywords Vector-baryon interaction; vectors in medium; J/psi suppression in nuclei
Abstract After some short introductory remarks on particular issues on the vector mesons in nuclei, in this paper, we present a short review of recent developments concerning the interaction of vector mesons with baryons and with nuclei from a modern perspective using the local hidden gauge formalism for the interaction of vector mesons. We present results for the vector-baryon interaction and in particular for the resonances which appear as composite states, dynamically generated from the interaction of vector mesons with baryons, taking also the mixing of these states with pseudoscalars and baryons into account. We then venture into the charm sector, reporting on hidden charm baryon states around 4400 MeV, generated from the interaction of vector mesons and baryons with charm, which have a strong repercussion on the properties of the J/Psi N interaction. We also address the interaction of K* with nuclei and make suggestions to measure the predicted huge width in the medium by means of transparency ratio. The formalism is extended to study the phenomenon of J/psi suppression in nuclei via J/psi photo-production reactions.
