Abstract |
Using the fixed center approximation to Faddeev equations, we investigate the DKK and DK (K) over bar three-body systems, considering that the DK dynamically generates, through its I = 0 component, the D(so)(*()2317) molecule. According to our findings, for the DK (K) over bar interaction we find evidence of a state I(J(p)) = 1/2 (0(-)) just above the D-s0(*)(2317) (K) over bar threshold and around the Df(0)(980) threshold, with mass of about 2833-2858 MeV, made mostly of Df(0)(980). On the other hand, no evidence related to a state from the DKK interaction is found. The state found could be seen in the ppD invariant mass. |

Abstract |
We study the decay (B) over bar (0) -> Lambda(+)(c) (p) over bar pi(+) pi(-), reconstructing the Lambda(+)(c) baryon in the pK(-) pi(+) mode, using a data sample of 467 X 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II storage rings at SLAC. We measure branching fractions for decays with intermediate Sigma(c) baryons to be B[(B) over bar (0) -> Sigma(c)(2455)(++) (p) over bar (-) pi(-)] = (21.3 +/- 1.0 +/- 1.0 +/- 5.5) X 10(-5), B[(B) over bar (0) -> Sigma(c)(2520)(++) (p) over bar (-) pi(-)] = (11.5 +/- 1.0 +/- 0.5 +/- 3.0) X 10(-5), B[(B) over bar (0) -> Sigma(c)(2455)(0) (p) over bar (-) pi(-)] – (9.1 +/- 0.7 +/- 0.4 +/- 2.4) X 10(-5), and B[(B) over bar (0) -> Sigma(c)(2520)(++) (p) over bar (-) pi(-)] – (2.2 +/- 0.7 +/- 0.1 +/- 0.6) X 10(-5), where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and due to the uncertainty on the Lambda(+)(c) -> pK(-) pi(+) branching fraction, respectively. For decays without Sigma(c)(2455) or Sigma(c)(2520) resonances, we measure B[(B) over bar (0) -> Lambda(+)(c) (p) over bar pi(+) pi(-)](non-Sigma c) =(79 +/- 4 +/- 4 +/- 20) X 10(-5). The total branching fraction is determined to be B[(B) over bar (0) -> Lambda(+)(c) (p) over bar pi(+) pi(-)](total) = (123 +/- 5 +/- 7 +/- 32) X 10(-5). We examine multibody mass combinations in the resonant three-particle Sigma(c) final states and in the four-particle Lambda(+)(c) (p) over bar pi(+) pi(-) final state, and observe different characteristics for the (p) over bar pi combination in neutral versus doubly charged Sigma(c) decays. |

Abstract |
We report the measurement of the baryonic B decay B- -> Sigma(++)(c)(p) over bar pi(-)pi(-). Using a data sample of 467 x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II storage ring at SLAC, the measured branching fraction is (2.98 +/- 0.16((stat)) +/- 0.15((syst)) +/- 0.77((Ac))) x 10(-4), where the last error is due to the uncertainty in B(A(c)(+) -> pK(-)pi(+)). The data suggest the existence of resonant subchannels B- -> A(c)(2595)(+) (p) over bar pi(-) and, possibly, B- -> Sigma(++)(c) (Delta) over bar (--)pi(-). We see unexplained structures in m(Sigma(++)(c)pi(-)pi(-)) at 3.25 GeV/c(2), 3.8 GeV/c(2), and 4.2 GeV/c(2). |

Abstract |
The decay B- -> Lambda(+)(c)(Lambda) over bar K--(c)- is studied in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of root s = 13 TeV using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5 fb(-1) collected by the LHCb experiment. In the Lambda K-+(c)- system, the Xi(c)(2930)(0) state observed at the BABAR and Belle experiments is resolved into two narrower states, Xi(c)(2923)(0) and Xi(c)(2939)(0), whose masses and widths are measured to be m(Xi(c)(2930)(0) = 2924.5 +/- 0.4 +/- 1.1 Mev, m Xi(c)(2930)(0)) = 2938.5 +/- 0.9 +/- 2.3 Mev, Gamma(Xi(c)(2930)(0)) = 4.8 +/- 0.9 +/- 1.5 MeV, Gamma(Xi(c)(2930)(0) – 11.0 +/- 1.9 +/- 7.5 MeV, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The results are consistent with a previous LHCb measurement using a prompt Lambda K-+(c)- sample. Evidence of a new Xi(c)(2930)(0) state is found with a local significance of 3.8 sigma, whose mass and width are measured to be 2881.8 +/- 3.1 +/- 8.5 MeV and 12.4 +/- 5.3 +/- 5.8 MeV, respectively. In addition, evidence of a new decay mode Xi(c)(2930)(0) -> Lambda K-+(c) is found with a significance of 3.7 sigma. The relative branching fraction of B- -> Lambda(+)(c)(Lambda) over bar K--(c)- with respect to the B- -> D+D-K- decay is measured to be 2.36 +/- 0.11 +/- 0.22 +/- 0.25, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third originates from the branching fractions of charm hadron decays. |

Abstract |
The cross section for photon production in association with at least one jet containing a b quark has been measured in proton antiproton collisions at root s = 1.96 TeV. The data sample used corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 340 pb(-1) collected with the CDF II detector. Both the differential cross section as a function of photon transverse energy E-T(gamma) and the total cross section are measured and compared to a next-to-leading order prediction for the process. |
