Abstract |
Measurements are presented of the CP violation observables S and C in the decays of B-0 and (B) over bar (0) mesons to the J/psi K-S(0) final state. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1) collected with the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, and contains a total of 41 560 selected B-0 and (B) over bar (0) decays. The analysis of the time evolution of these decays yields S = 0.731 +/- 0.035(stat) +/- 0.020(syst) and C = -0.038 +/- 0.032(stat) +/- 0.005(syst). In the standard model, S equals sin(2 beta) to a good level of precision. The values are consistent with the current world averages and with the standard model expectations. |

Abstract |
A measurement of the decay time-dependent CP-violating asymmetry in B-s(0) -> phi phi decays is presented, along with measurements of the T-odd triple-product asymmetries. In this decay channel, the CP-violating weak phase arises from the interference between B-s(0) -(B) over bar (0)(s) mixing and the loop-induced decay amplitude. Using a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1) collected with the LHCb detector, a signal yield of approximately 4000 B-s(0) -> phi phi decays is obtained. The CP-violating phase is measured to be phi(s) = -0.17 +/- 0.15(stat) +/- 0.03(syst) rad. The triple-product asymmetries are measured to be A(U) = -0.003 +/- 0.017(stat) +/- 0.006(syst) and A(V) = -0.017 +/- 0.017(stat) +/- 0.006(syst). Results are consistent with the hypothesis of CP conservation. |

Abstract |
A measurement of the time-dependent CP-violating asymmetry in Bs0 ->phi phi = 7 TeV in 2011, 8 TeV in 2012 and 13 TeV in 2015 and 2016, a signal yield of around 9000 Bs0 ->phi phi decays is obtained. The CP-violating phase phi sss over bar is measured to be -0.073 +/- 0.115(stat) +/- 0.027(syst) rad, under the assumption it is independent of the helicity of the phi phi decay. In addition, the CP-violating phases of the transverse polarisations under the assumption of CP conservation of the longitudinal phase are measured. The helicity-independent direct CP-violation parameter is also measured, and is found to be |lambda| = 0.99 +/- 0.05(stat) +/- 0.01(syst). In addition, T-odd triple-product asymmetries are measured. The results obtained are consistent with the hypothesis of CP conservation in b over bar -> s over bar ss over bar transitions. Finally, a limit on the branching fraction of the B-0 -> phi phi decay is determined to be Bmml:mfenced close=“)” open=(B0 ->phi phi 2.7x10(-8) at 90% confidence level. |

Abstract |
A measurement of CP violation in the decay B+ -> K+pi(0) is reported using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb- 1 collected with the LHCb experiment at a center-of-mass energy of root s = 13 TeV. The CP asymmetry is measured to be 0.025 +/- 0.015 +/- 0.006 +/- 0.003, where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and due to an external input. This is the most precise measurement of this quantity. It confirms and significantly enhances the observed anomalous difference between the direct CP asymmetries of the B-0 -> K+pi(-) and B+ -> K+pi 0 decays, known as the K pi puzzle. |

Abstract |
The first measurement of CP asymmetries in the decay B-s(0) -> J/psi(K) over bar*(892)(0) and an updated measurement of its branching fraction and polarisation fractions are presented. The results are obtained using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb (-1) of proton-proton collisions recorded with the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV. Together with constraints from B-0 -> J/psi rho(0), the results are used to constrain additional contributions due to penguin diagrams in the CP-violating phase phi(s), measured through B-s(0) decays to charmonium. |

Abstract |
An analysis of B-0 --> DK*(0) decays is presented, where D represents an admixture of D-0 and (D) over bar (0) mesons reconstructed in four separate final states: K-pi(+), pi K--(+), K+K- and pi(+)pi(-). The data sample corresponds to 3.0 fb(-1) of proton-proton collision, collected by the LHCb experiment. Measurements of several observables are performed, including CP asymmetries. The most precise determination is presented of r(B)(DK*(0)), the magnitude of the ratio of the amplitudes of the decay B-0 --> DK+pi(-) with a b --> u or a b --> c transition, in a K pi mass region of +/- 50 MeV/c(2) around the K*(892) mass and for an absolute value of the cosine of the K*(0) helicity angle larger than 0.4. |

Abstract |
An angular analysis of the B-0 -> K-0 (-> K+pi(-))mu(+)mu(-) decay is presented using a dataset corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.7 fb(-1) of pp collision data collected with the LHCb experiment. The full set of CP-averaged observables are determined in bins of the invariant mass squared of the dimuon system. Contamination from decays with the K+ pi(-) system in an S-wave configuration is taken into account. The tension seen between the previous LHCb results and the standard model predictions persists with the new data. The precise value of the significance of this tension depends on the choice of theory nuisance parameters. |

Abstract |
A time-dependent analysis of the B-s(0) -> phi gamma decay rate is performed to determine the CP -violating observables S-phi gamma and C-phi gamma and the mixing-induced observable A(phi gamma)(Delta). The measurement is based on a sample of pp collision data recorded with the LHCb detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb(-1) at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV. The measured values are S-phi gamma = 0.43 +/- 0.30 +/- 0.11, C-phi gamma = 0.11 +/- 0.29 +/- 0.11, and A(phi gamma)(Delta) = -0.67(-0.41)(+0.37) +/- 0.17, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. This is the first measurement of the observables S and C in radiative B-s(0) decays. The results are consistent with the standard model predictions. |

Abstract |
We present results for a time-dependent Dalitz plot measurement of CP-violating asymmetries in the mode B-0 -> pi(+)pi(-)pi(0). The data set is derived from the complete sample of 471 x 10(6) B (B) over bar meson pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory operating on the Upsilon(4S) resonance. We extract parameters describing the time-dependent B-0 -> rho pi decay probabilities and CP asymmetries, including C = 0.016 +/- 0.059 +/- 0.036, Delta C = 0.234 +/- 0.061 +/- 0.048, S = 0.053 +/- 0.081 +/- 0.034, and Delta S = 0.054 +/- 0.082 +/- 0.039, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. We perform a two-dimensional likelihood scan of the direct CP-violation asymmetry parameters for B-0 -> rho(+/-)pi(-/+) decays, finding the change in chi(2) between the minimum and the origin (corresponding to no direct CP violation) to be Delta chi(2) = 6.42. We present information on the CP-violating parameter alpha in a likelihood scan that incorporates B-+/- -> rho pi measurements. To aid in the interpretation of our results, statistical robustness studies are performed to assess the reliability with which the true values of the physics parameters can be extracted. Significantly, these studies indicate that alpha cannot be reliably extracted with our current sample size, though the other physics parameters are robustly extracted. |

We present a measurement of D-0-(D) over bar (0) mixing and CP violation using the ratio of lifetimes simultaneously extracted from a sample of D-0 mesons produced through the flavor-tagged process D*(+) -> D-0 pi(+), where D-0 decays to K+pi(+/-), K-K+, or pi(-)pi(+), along with the untagged decays D-0 -> K+pi(+/-) and D-0 -> K-K+. The lifetimes of the CP-even, Cabibbo-suppressed modes K-K+ and pi(-)pi(+) are compared to that of the CP-mixed mode K+pi(+/-) in order to measure y(CP) and Delta Y. We obtain y(CP) = [0.72 +/- 0.18(stat) +/- 0.12(syst)]% and Delta Y = [0.09 +/- 0.26(stat) +/- 0.06(syst)]%, where Delta Y constrains possible CP violation. The y(CP) result excludes the null mixing hypothesis at 3.3 sigma significance. This analysis is based on an integrated luminosity of 468 fb(-1) collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider. |
