Abstract: We calculate the radiative decay widths, two-photon (gamma gamma) and one-photon-one-vector meson (V gamma), of the dynamically generated resonances from vector-meson -vector-meson interaction in a unitary approach based on the hidden-gauge Lagrangians. In the present paper we consider the following dynamically generated resonances: f(0)(1370), f(0)(1710), f(2)(1270), f(2)'(1525) K-2*(1430), two strangeness 0 and isospin 1 states, and two strangeness 1 and isospin 1= 2 states. For the f(0)(1370) and f(2)(1270) we reproduce the previous results for the two-photon decay widths and further calculate their one-photon -one-vector decay widths. For the f(0)(1710) and f(2)'(1525) the calculated two-photon decay widths are found to be consistent with data. The rho 0 gamma, omega gamma and phi gamma decay widths of the f0(1370), f(2)'(1270) f(0)(1710), f(2)'(1525) are compared with the results predicted by other approaches. The K*(+)gamma and K*(0)gamma decay rates of the K-2*(1430) are also calculated and compared with the results obtained in the framework of the covariant oscillator quark model. The results for the two states with strangeness 0, isospin 1 and two states with strangeness 1, isospin 1/ 2 are predictions that need to be tested by future experiments.

Abstract: We observe that four peaks seen in the high energy part of the Omega(b) spectrum of the recent LHCb experiment are in remarkable agreement with predictions made for molecular Omega(b) states stemming from the meson-baryon interaction, with an approach that applied to the Omega(c) states gives rise to three states in good agreement with experiment in masses and widths. While the statistical significance of the peaks prevents us from claims of states at the present time, the agreement found should be an incentive to look at this experiment with increased statistics to give an answer to this suggestive idea.

Abstract: We have done a study of the B--> K-pi X-0(3872) reaction by means of a triangle mechanism via the chain of reactions: B--> K-D*(0);(D) over bar*(0); D*(0)-> pi D-0(0); D-0(D) over bar*(0)-> X(3872). We show that this mechanism generates a triangle singularity in the pi X-0(3872) invariant mass for a very narrow window of the X(3872) mass, around the present measured values, and show that the peak positions and the shape of the mass distributions arc sensitive to the X(3872) mass, such that a measurement of the reaction can serve to improve on the present values of this mass. In particular, we point out that the X(3872) mass relative to the D-0(D) over bar*(0) threshold may be extracted from the asymmetry of the pi X-0 line shape.

Abstract: We study the decays B over bar 0 – over bar K0X, B- – K-X, B over bar 0s – eta(eta 1)X, B over bar 0 – over bar K*0X, B- – K*-X, B over bar 0s – phi X, with X equivalent to X(3872), from the perspective of the X(3872) being a molecular state made from the interaction of the D*+D-; D*0 over bar D0, and c:c: components. We consider both the external and internal emission decay mechanisms and find an explanation for the over bar K0X and K-X production rates, based on the mass difference of the charged and neutral D*D over bar components. We also find that the internal and external emission mechanisms add constructively in the B over bar 0 – over bar K0X, B- – K-X reactions, while they add destructively in the case of widths of the present measurements and allows us to make predictions for the unmeasured modes of B over bar 0s – eta(eta 1)X(3872) and B- – K*-X(3872). The future measurement of these decay modes will help us get a better perspective on the nature of the X(3872) and the mechanisms present in production reactions of that state. Abstract: In this paper we study the relationship between the D-s0*(2317)(+) resonance and the decay of the B-c meson into J/Psi DK. In this process, the B-c meson decays first into J/Psi and the quark pair c (s) over bar, and then the quark pair hadronizes into DK or D-s eta components, which undergo final state interaction. This final state interaction, generating the D-s0*(2317)(+) resonance, is described by the chiral unitary approach. With the parameters which allow us to match the pole position of the D-s0*(2317)(+), we obtain the DK invariant mass distribution of the decay B-c -> J/Psi DK, and also the rate for B-c -> J/Psi D-s0*(2317). The ratio of these two magnitudes is then predicted.

Abstract: In this paper, we examine the interaction of (B) over barN, (B) over bar Delta, (B) over bar *N, and (B) over bar*Delta states, together with their coupled channels, by using a mapping from the light meson sector. The assumption that the heavy quarks act as spectators at the quark level automatically leads us to the results of the heavy quark spin symmetry for pion exchange and reproduces the results of the Weinberg Tomozawa term, coming from light vector exchanges in the extended local hidden gauge approach. With this dynamics we look for states dynamically generated from the interaction and find two states with nearly zero width, which we associate to the A(b)(5912) and A(b)(5920) states. The states couple mostly to (B) over bar *N, which are degenerate with the Weinberg Tomozawa interaction. The difference of masses between these two states, with J = 1/2 and 3/2, respectively, is due to pion exchange connecting these states to intermediate (B) over barN states. In addition to these two A(b) states, we find three more states with I = 0, one of them nearly degenerate in two states of J = 1/2, 3/2. Furthermore, we also find eight more states in I = 1, two of them degenerate in J = 1/2, 3/2, and another two degenerate in J = 1/2, 3/2, 5/2.

Abstract: We evaluate the s-wave interaction of pseudoscalar and vector mesons with both charm and beauty to investigate the possible existence of molecular BD, B* D, BD*, B* D*, B (D) over bar, B* (D) over bar, B (D) over bar*, or B* (D) over bar* meson states. The scattering amplitude is obtained implementing unitarity starting from a tree level potential accounting for the dominant vector meson exchange. The diagrams are evaluated using suitable extensions to the heavy flavor sector of the hidden gauge symmetry Lagrangians involving vector and pseudoscalar mesons, respecting heavy quark spin symmetry. We obtain bound states at energies above 7 GeV for BD (J(P) = 0(+)), B* D (1(+)), BD* (1(+)), and B* D* (0(+), 1(+,) 2(+)), all in isospin 0. For B (D) over bar (0(+)), B* (D) over bar (1(+)), B (D) over bar* (1(+)), and B* (D) over bar* (0(+), 1(+), 2(+)) we also find similar bound states in I = 0, but much less bound, which would correspond to exotic meson states with _ (b) over bar and (c) over bar quarks, and for the I = 1 we find a repulsive interaction. We also evaluate the scattering lengths in all cases, which can be tested in current investigations of lattice QCD.

Abstract: We make a study of the omega c(3120) , one of the five omega c states observed by the LHCb Collaboration, which is well reproduced as a molecular state from the Xi*cK over bar and omega*c17 channels mostly. The state with JP = 3/2- decays to Xi cK over bar in the D wave, and we include this decay channel in our approach, as well as the effect of the Xi*c width. With all these ingredients, we determine the fraction of the omega c(3120) width that goes into Xi cK over bar K , which could be a measure of the Xi*cK over bar molecular component, but due to a relatively big binding, compared to its analogous omega(2012) state, we find only a small fraction of about 3%, which makes this measurement difficult with present statistics. As an alternative, we evaluate the scattering length and effective range of the Xi*c K over bar and omega*c17 channels, which, together with the binding and width of the omega c(3120) state, could give us an answer to the issue of the compositeness of this state when these magnitudes are determined experimentally, something feasible nowadays, for instance, measuring correlation functions.

Abstract: In a previous work regarding the interaction of two rho(770) resonances, the f(2)(1270) (J(PC) = 2(++)) resonance was obtained dynamically as a two-rho molecule with a very strong binding energy, 135 MeV per rho particle. In the present work we use the rho rho interaction in spin 2 and isospin 0 channel to show that the resonances rho(3)(1690) (3(--)), f(4)(2050) (4(++)), rho(5)(2350) (5(--)), and f(6)(2510) (6(++)) are basically molecules of increasing number of rho(770) particles. We use the fixed center approximation of the Faddeev equations to write the multibody interaction in terms of the two-body scattering amplitudes. We find the masses of the states very close to the experimental values and we get an increasing value of the binding energy per rho as the number of rho mesons is increased.

Abstract: In this work, we investigate the reaction of gamma gamma -> D (D) over bar, taking into account the S-wave D (D) over bar final state interaction. By fitting to the D (D) over bar, invariant mass distributions measured by the Belle and BABAR Collaborations, we obtain a good reproduction of the data by means of a D (D) over bar, amplitude that produces a bound D (D) over bar, statewith isospin I = 0 close to threshold. The error bands of the fits indicate, however, that more precise data on this reaction are needed to be more assertive about the position and width of such a state.
