Abstract |
We report updated branching fraction measurements of the color-suppressed decays (B) over bar (0) -> D(0)pi(0), D*(0)pi(0), D(0)eta, D*(0)eta, D(0)omega, D*(0)omega, D(0)eta', and D*(0)eta'. We measure the branching fractions (x 10(-4)): B((B) over bar (0) -> D(0)pi(0)) = 2.69 +/- 0.09 +/- 0.13, B((B) over bar (0) -> D(0)pi(0)) = 3.05 +/- 0.14 +/- 0.28, B((B) over bar (0) -> D(0)eta) = 2.53 +/- 0.09 +/- 0.11, B((B) over bar (0) -> D(0)eta) = 2.69 +/- 0.14 +/- 0.23, B((B) over bar (0) -> D(0)eta) = 2.57 +/- 0.11 +/- 0.14, B((B) over bar (0) -> D*(0)omega) = 4.55 +/- 0.24 +/- 0.39, B((B) over bar (0) -> D*(0)omega) = 1.48 +/- 0.13 +/- 0.07, and B((B) over bar (0) -> D*(0)eta') = 1.49 +/- 0.22 +/- 0.15. We also present the first measurement of the longitudinal polarization fraction of the decay channel D*(0)omega, f(L) = (66.5 +/- 4.7 +/- 1.5)%. In the above, the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The results are based on a sample of (454 +/- 5) x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs collected at the Gamma(4S) resonance, with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II storage rings at SLAC. The measurements are the most precise determinations of these quantities from a single experiment. They are compared to theoretical predictions obtained by factorization, Soft Collinear Effective Theory (SCET) and perturbative QCD (pQCD). We find that the presence of final state interactions is favored and the measurements are in better agreement with SCET than with pQCD. |

Abstract |
We present a new measurement of the time-dependent CP asymmetry of B-0 -> D*D+*(-) decays using (471 +/- 5) million B (B) over bar pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II B Factory at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Using the technique of partial reconstruction, we measure the time-dependent CP asymmetry parameters S = -0.34 +/- 0.12 +/- 0.05 and C = 0.15 +/- 0.09 +/- 0.04. Using the value for the CP-odd fraction R-perpendicular to = 0.158 +/- 0.028 +/- 0.006, previously measured by BABAR with fully reconstructed B-0 -> D*D+*(-) events, we extract the CP-even components S+ = 0.49 +/- 0.18 +/- 0.07 +/- 0.04 and C+ = +0.15 +/- 0.09 +/- 0.04. In each case, the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic; the third uncertainty on S+ is the contribution from the uncertainty on R-perpendicular to. The measured value of the CP-even component S+ is consistent with the value of sin2 beta measured in b -> (c (c) over bar )s transitions, and with the Standard Model expectation of small penguin contributions. |

Abstract |
We study the Upsilon(1S) radiative decays to gamma pi(+)pi(-) and gamma K+K- using data recorded with the BABAR detector operating at the SLAC PEP-11 asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider at center-of-mass energies at the Upsilon(2S) and Upsilon(3S) resonances. The Upsilon(1S) resonance is reconstructed from the decay Upsilon(nS) -> pi(+)pi(-) Upsilon(1S), n =2, 3. Branching fraction measurements and spin-parity analyses of Upsilon(1S) radiative decays are reported for the I = 0 S-wave and f(2) (1270) resonances in the pi(+)pi(-) mass spectrum, the f'(2) (1525) and f(0) (1500) in the K+K mass spectrum, and the f(0)(1710) in both. |

Abstract |
The production fraction of the B-c(-) meson with respect to the sum of B- and (B) over bar (0) mesons is measured in both 7 and 13 TeV center-of-mass (c.m.) energy pp collisions produced by the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), using the LHCb detector. The rate, approximately 3.7 per mine, does not change with energy, but shows a transverse momentum dependence. The B-c(-) – B-c(+) production asymmetry is also measured and is consistent with zero within the determined statistical and systematic uncertainties of a few percent. |

Abstract |
We search for the flavor-changing neutral-current decays B -> K-(*()) v (v) over bar, and the invisible decays J/psi -> v (v) over bar and psi(2S) -> v (v) over bar via B -> K-(*())J/psi and B -> K-(*()) psi(2S), respectively, using a data sample of 471 x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs collected by the BABAR experiment. We fully reconstruct the hadronBic decay of one of the B mesons in the Y(4S) -> B (B) over bar decay, and search for the B -> K-(*()) v (v) over bar decay in the rest of the event. We observe no significant excess of signal decays over background and report branching fraction upper limits of B(B+ -> K+ v (v) over bar) < 3.7 x 10(-5), B(B-0 -> K-0 v<(v)over bar>) < 8.1 x 10(-5), B(B+ -> K*(+) v<(v)over bar>) < 11.6 x 10(-5), B(B-0 -> K*(0) v<(v)over bar>), < 9.3 x 10(-5), and combined upper limits of B(B -> K v<(v)over bar>) < 3.2 x 10(-5) and B(B -> K* v<(v)over bar>) < 7.9 x 10(-5), all at the 90% confidence level. For the invisible quarkonium decays, we report branching fraction upper limits of B(J/psi -> v<(v)over bar>) < 3.9 x 10(-3) and B(psi(2S) -> v<(v)over bar> < 15.5 x 10(-3) at the 90% confidence level. Using the improved kinematic resolution achieved from hadronic reconstruction, we also provide partial branching fraction limits for the B -> K-(*()) v<(v)over bar> decays over the full kinematic spectrum. |
