Abstract: This biennial Review summarizes much of particle physics. Using data from previous editions, plus 2658 new measurements from 644 papers, we list, evaluate, and average measured properties of gauge bosons, leptons, quarks, mesons, and baryons. We summarize searches for hypothetical particles such as Higgs bosons, heavy neutrinos, and supersymmetric particles. All the particle properties and search limits are listed in Summary Tables. We also give numerous tables, figures, formulae, and reviews of topics such as the Standard Model, particle detectors, probability, and statistics. Among the 112 reviews are many that are new or heavily revised including those on Heavy-Quark and Soft-Collinear Effective Theory, Neutrino Cross Section Measurements, Monte Carlo Event Generators, Lattice QCD, Heavy Quarkonium Spectroscopy, Top Quark, Dark Matter, V-cb & V-ub, Quantum Chromodynamics, High-Energy Collider Parameters, Astrophysical Constants, Cosmological Parameters, and Dark Matter. A booklet is available containing the Summary Tables and abbreviated versions of some of the other sections of this full Review. Abstract: We present a study of the decays B-0,B-+ -> J/psi pi(+)pi(-)pi K-0(0,+), using 467 x 106 B (B) over bar pairs recorded with the BABAR detector. We present evidence for the decay mode X(3872) -> J/psi omega, with product branching fractions B(B+ -> X(3872K(+)) x B(X(3872) -> J/psi omega) = [0.6 +/- 0.2(stat) +/- 0.1(syst)] x 10(-5), and B(B-0 -> X(3872)K-0) x B(X(3872) -> J/psi omega) = [0.6 +/- 0.3(stat) +/- 0.1(syst)] x 10(-5). A detailed study of the pi(+) pi(-) pi(0) mass distribution from X(3872) decay favors a negative-parity assignment.

Abstract: A search for contact interactions has been performed using dimuon events recorded with the ATLAS detector in proton-proton collisions at root s = 7 TeV. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 42 pb(-1). No significant deviation from the standard model is observed in the dimuon mass spectrum, allowing the following 95% C. L. limits to be set on the energy scale of contact interactions: Lambda > 4: 9 TeV (4.5 TeV) for constructive (destructive) interference in the left-left isoscalar compositeness model. These limits are the most stringent to date for μμqq contact interactions.

Abstract: We report a measurement of the inclusive semileptonic branching fraction of the B(s) meson using data collected with the BABAR detector in the center-of-mass energy region above the Y(4S) resonance. We use the inclusive yield of phi mesons and the phi yield in association with a high-momentum lepton to perform a simultaneous measurement of the semileptonic branching fraction and the production rate of B(s) mesons relative to all B mesons as a function of center-of-mass energy. The inclusive semileptonic branching fraction of the B(s) meson is determined to be B(B(s) -> l nu X) = 9.5(-2.0)(+2.5)(stat)(-1.9)(+1.1)(syst)% where l indicates the average of e and mu.

Abstract: Using the eight time dependences e(-Gamma t)(1+C(i)cos Delta mt+S(i)sin Delta mt) for the decays Upsilon (4S) -> B-0(B) over bar (0) -> f(j)f(k), with the decay into a flavor-specific state f(j) = l(+/-)X before or after the decay into a CP eigenstate f(k) = c (c) over barK(S,L), as measured by the BABAR experiment, we determine the three CPT-sensitive parameters Re(z) and Im(z) in B-0-(B) over bar (0) mixing and vertical bar(A) over bar /A vertical bar in B-0 -> c (c) over barK(0) decays. We find Im(z) = 0.010 +/- 0.030 +/- 0.013, Re(z) = -0.065 +/- 0.028 +/- 0.014, and vertical bar(A) over bar /A vertical bar = 0.999 +/- 0.023 +/- 0.017, in agreement with CPT symmetry.
