Meloni, D., Morisi, S., & Peinado, E. (2012). Predicting leptonic CP violation in the light of the Daya Bay result on theta(13). Eur. Phys. J. C, 72(9), 2160–4pp.
Abstract: In the light of the recent Daya Bay result theta(DB)(13) = 8.8 degrees +/- 0.8 degrees, we reconsider the model presented in Meloni et al. (J. Phys. G 38: 015003, 2011), showing that, when all neutrino oscillation parameters are taken at their best fit values of Schwetz et al. (New J. Phys. 10: 113011, 2008) and where theta(13) = theta(DB)(13), the predicted values of the CP phase are delta approximate to pi/4.

Lopez-Ibañez, M. L., Melis, A., Meloni, D., & Vives, O. (2019). Lepton flavor violation and neutrino masses from A(5) and CP in the non-universal MSSM. J. High Energy Phys., 06(6), 047–34pp.
Abstract: We analyze the phenomenological consequences of embedding a flavor symmetry based on the groups A(5) and CP in a supersymmetric framework. We concentrate on the leptonic sector, where two different residual symmetries are assumed to be conserved at leading order for charged and neutral leptons. All possible realizations to generate neutrino masses at tree level are investigated. Sizable flavor violating effects in the charged lepton sector are unavoidable due to the non-universality of soft-breaking terms determined by the symmetry. We derive testable predictions for the neutrino spectrum, lepton mixing and flavor changing processes with non-trivial relations among observables.

Giarnetti, A., Herrero-Garcia, J., Marciano, S., Meloni, D., & Vatsyayan, D. (2024). Neutrino masses from new Weinberg-like operators: phenomenology of TeV scalar multiplets. J. High Energy Phys., 05(5), 055–37pp.
Abstract: The unique dimension-5 effective operator, LLHH, known as the Weinberg operator, generates tiny Majorana masses for neutrinos after electroweak spontaneous symmetry breaking. If there are new scalar multiplets that take vacuum expectation values (VEVs), they should not be far from the electroweak scale. Consequently, they may generate new dimension-5 Weinberg-like operators which in turn also contribute to Majorana neutrino masses. In this study, we consider scenarios with one or two new scalars up to quintuplet SU(2) representations. We analyse the scalar potentials, studying whether the new VEVs can be induced and therefore are naturally suppressed, as well as the potential existence of pseudo-Nambu-Goldstone bosons. Additionally, we also obtain general limits on the new scalar multiplets from direct searches at colliders, loop corrections to electroweak precision tests and the W-boson mass.
