Abstract |
A search for charmless four-body decays of Lambda(0)(b) and Xi(0)(b) baryons with a proton and three charged mesons (either kaons or pions) in the final state is performed. The data sample used was recorded in 2011 and 2012 with the LHCb experiment and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb(-1). Six decay modes are observed, among which Lambda(0)(b) -> pK(-) pi(+)pi(-), Lambda(0)(b) -> pK(-)K(+)K(-), Xi(0)(b) pK(-) pi(+)pi(-) and Xi(0)(b) pK(-)pi K-+(-) are established for the first time. Their branching fractions (including the ratio of hadronisation fractions in the case of the Xi(0)(b) baryon) are determined relative to the Lambda(0)(b) -> Lambda(+)(c)pi(-) decay. |

Abstract |
Measurements of CP observables in B-+/- -> DK*(+/-) decays are presented, where D denotes a superposition of D-0 and (D) over bar (0) meson states. Decays of the D meson to K-pi(+), K-K+, pi(-)pi(+), K-pi(+)pi(-)pi(+) and pi(-)pi(+)pi(-)pi(+) are used and the K*(+/-) meson is reconstructed in the K-S(0)pi(+/-) final state. This analysis uses a data sample of pp collisions collected with the LHCb experiment, corresponding to integrated luminosities of 1 fb(-1), 2 fb(-1) and 1.8 fb(-1) at centre-of-mass energies root s = 7TeV, 8TeV and 13TeV, respectively. The sensitivity of the results to the CKM angle gamma is discussed. |

Abstract |
A search for B+ -> D-s(+) K+ K- decays is performed using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.8 fb(-1), collected at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13 TeV with the LHCb experiment. A significant signal is observed for the first time and the branching fraction is determined to be B(B+ -> D-s(+) K+ K-) = (7.1 +/- 0.5 +/- 0.6 +/- 0.7) x 10(-6), where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third due to the uncertainty on the branching fraction of the normalisation mode B+ -> D-s(+)(D) over bar (0). A search is also performed for the pure annihilation decay B+ -> D-s(+)(D) over bar (0). No significant signal is observed and a limit of B(B+ -> D-s(+) phi) < 4.9 x 10(-7) (4.2 x 10(-7)) is set on the branching fraction at 95% (90%) confidence level. |

Abstract |
The CP asymmetry in B- -> (Ds-D0) and B- -> (D-D0) decays is measured using LHCb data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1), collected in pp collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8TeV. The results are A(CP) (B- -> (Ds-D0)) = (-0.4 +/- 0.5 +/- 0.5)% and A(CP) (B- -> (D-D0)) = (2.3 +/- 2.7 +/- 0.4)%, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. This is the first measurement of A(CP) (B- -> (Ds-D0)) and the most precise determination of A(CP) (B- -> (D-D0)). Neither result shows evidence of CP violation. |

Abstract |
A search for CP and P violation using triple- product asymmetries is performed with Lambda(0)(b) -> pK(-) pi(+) pi(-), Lambda(0)(b) -> pK(-) K+ K- and Xi(0)(b) -> pK(-) K- pi(+) decays. The CP- and P-violating asymmetries are measured both integrating over all phase space and in speci fi c phase- space regions. No signi fi cant deviation from CP or P symmetry is found. The fi rst observation of Lambda(0)(b) -> pK(-) chi(c0) (1P)(->pi(+) pi(-), K+ K-) decay is also reported. |

Abstract |
The Υ(1 S) invariant-mass distribution is investigated for a possible exotic meson state composed of two b quarks and two b quarks, X bbbb. The analysis is based on a data sample of pp collisions recorded with the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies s = 7, 8 and 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6.3 fb. No signi fi cant excess is found, and upper limits are set on the product of the production cross-section and the branching fraction as functions of the mass of the X bbbb state. The limits are set in the fi ducial volume where all muons have pseudorapidity in the range [2 : 0; 5 : 0], and the X bbbb state has rapidity in the range [2 : 0; 4 : 5] and transverse momentum less than 15 GeV/c. |

Abstract |
We report the measurements of the CP-violating parameters in B-s(0) -> (DsK +/-)-K--/+ decays observed in pp collisions, using a data set corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1) recorded with the LHCb detector. We measure C-f = 0.73 +/- 0.14 +/- 0.05, A(f)(Delta Gamma) = 0.39 +/- 0.28 +/- 0.15, A(<(f)over) (Delta Gamma)(bar>) = 0.31 +/- 0.28 +/- 0.15, S-f = -0.52 +/- 0.20 +/- 0.07, S-(f) over bar = -0.49 +/- 0.20 +/- 0.07, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. These parameters are used together with the world-average value of the B-s(0) mixing phase, -2 beta(s), to obtain a measurement of the CKM angle gamma from B-s(0) -> (DsK +/-)-K--/+ decays, yielding gamma – (128 (+17)(-22))degrees modulo 180 degrees, where the uncertainty contains both statistical and systematic contributions. This corresponds to 3.8 sigma evidence for CP violation in the interference between decay and decay after mixing. |

Abstract |
The (B) over bar (0)(s) -> chi(c2) K+ K- decay mode is observed and its branching fraction relative to the corresponding chi(c1) decay mode, in a +/- 15MeV/c(2) window around the phi mass, is found to be B ((B) over bar (0)(s) -> chi(c2) K+ K-)/B((B) over bar (0)(s) -> chi(c1) K+ K-) = (17.1 +/- 3.1 +/- 0.4 +/- 0.9)% where the fi rst uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third due to the knowledge of the branching fractions of radiative chi(c) decays. The decay mode (B) over bar (0)(s) -> chi(c1) K+ K- allows the B-s(0) mass to be measured as m(B-s(0)) = 5366.83 +/- 0.25 +/- 0.27MeV/c(2), where the fi rst uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. A combination of this result with other LHCb determinations of the B-s(0) mass is made. |

Abstract |
A search for the decay B-s(0) -> (K) over bar (*0) mu(+) mu(-) is presented using data sets corresponding to 1.0, 2.0 and 1.6 fb(-1) of integrated luminosity collected during pp collisions with the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13TeV, respectively. An excess is found over the background-only hypothesis with a significance of 3.4 standard deviations. The branching fraction of the B-s(0) -> (K) over bar (*0) mu(+) mu(-) decay is determined to be B(B-s(0) -> (K) over bar (*0) mu(+) mu(-)) = [2.9 +/- 1.0 (stat) +/- 0.2 (syst) +/- 0.3 (norm)] x 10(-8), where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. The third uncertainty is due to limited knowledge of external parameters used to normalise the branching fraction measurement. |

Abstract |
A search for the lepton-flavour violating decays B-(s)(0) -> e(+/-)mu(-/+) and B-(s)(0) -> e(+/-)mu(-/+) performed based on a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb(-1), collected with the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8TeV. The observed yields are consistent with the background-only hypothesis. Upper limits on the branching fraction of the B-(s)(0) -> e(+/-)mu(-/+) decays are evaluated both in the hypotheses of an amplitude completely dominated by the heavy eigenstate and by the light eigenstate. The results are B(B-s(0) -> e(+/-)mu(-/+)) < 6.3 (5.4) x 10(-9) and B(B-s(0) -> e(+/-)mu(-/+)) < 7.2(6.0) x 10(-9) at 95% (90%) confidence level, respectively. The upper limit on the branching fraction of the B-0 -> e(+/-)mu(-/+) decay is also evaluated, obtaining B(B-0 -> e(+/-)mu(-/+)) < 1.3 (1.0) x 10(-9) at 95% (90%) confidence level. These are the strongest limits on these decays to date. |
