Abstract: The Cabibbo-suppressed decay Lambda b0</mml:msubsup>-> chi (c1)p(-) is observed for the first time using data from proton-proton collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb(-1), collected with the LHCb detector at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. Evidence for the Lambda b0</mml:msubsup>-> chi (c2)p(-) decay is also found. Abstract: The branching fractions of the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decays D+ ! K, D+ ! and D+ s ! are measured using the decays D+ ! K and D+ s ! K as normalisation channels. The measurements are performed using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at a centre-of-mass energy of 8TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.0 fb. The results are B (D+ ! K) B (D+ ! K) = (6 : 541 0 : 025 0 : 042) 10 B (D+ ! ) B (D+ ! K) = (5 : 231 0 : 009 0 : 023) 10 B (D+ s ! ) B (D+ s ! K) = (2 : 372 0 : 024 0 : 025) 10 where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. These are the most precise measurements up to date.

Abstract: The branching fraction ratio R(D-*) = B((B) over bar (0) -> D-*(+)tau(-)(nu) over bar (tau))/B((B) over bar (0) -> D-*(+)mu(-)(nu) over bar (mu)) is measured using a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to 3.0 fb(-1) of integrated luminosity recorded by the LHCb experiment during 2011 and 2012. The tau lepton is identified in the decay mode tau(-) -> mu(-)(nu) over bar (mu)nu(tau). The semitauonic decay is sensitive to contributions from non-standard-model particles that preferentially couple to the third generation of fermions, in particular, Higgs-like charged scalars. A multidimensional fit to kinematic distributions of the candidate (B) over bar (0) decays gives R(D-*) = 0.336 +/- 0.027(stat) +/- 0.030(syst). This result, which is the first measurement of this quantity at a hadron collider, is 2.1 standard deviations larger than the value expected from lepton universality in the standard model.

Abstract: The branching fraction of the rare decay Lambda(0 )(b)-> Lambda(1520)mu(+)mu(-) is measured for the first time, in the squared dimuon mass intervals q(2), excluding the J/psi and psi(2S) regions. The data sample analyzed was collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb(-1). The result in the highest q(2) interval, q(2) > 15.0 GeV2/c(4), where theoretical predictions have the smallest model dependence, agrees with the predictions.

Abstract: The branching fraction of the rare decay B-0 -> K*(0) e(+) e(-) in the dilepton mass region from 30 to 1000 MeV/c(2) has been measured by the LHCb experiment, using pp collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb(-1), at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. The decay mode B-0 -> J/psi (e(+) e(-)) K*(0) is utilized as a normalization channel. The branching fraction B(B-0 -> K*(0) e(+) e(-)) is measured to be B(B-0 -> K*(0) e(+) e(-))(30-1000 MeV/c2) = (3.1(-0.8)(-0.3)(+0.9)(+0.2) +/- 0.2) x 10(-7) where the fi rst error is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third comes from the uncertainties on the B-0 -> J/K*(0) and J/psi -> e(+) e(-) branching fractions.

Abstract: The branching fraction of the rare B-s(0) -> phi mu(+)mu(-) decay is measured using data collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to integrated luminosities of 1, 2, and 6 fb(-1), respectively. The branching fraction is reported in intervals of q(2), the square of the dimuon invariant mass. In the q(2) region between 1.1 and 6.0 GeV2/c(4) , the measurement is found to lie 3.6 standard deviations below a standard model prediction based on a combination of light cone sum rule and lattice QCD calculations. In addition, the first observation of the rare B-s(0)-> f(2)' (1525)mu(+)mu(-) decay is reported with a statistical significance of 9 standard deviations and its branching fraction is determined.

Abstract: The branching fraction of the decay B-s(0) -> D-s(()*D-)+(s)(*()-) is measured using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb(-1), collected using the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. It is found to be B(B-s(0) -> D-s(()*D-)(s)(*()-)) = (3.05 +/- 0.10 +/- 0.20 +/- 0.34)%, where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and due to the normalization channel, respectively. The branching fractions of the individual decays corresponding to the presence of one or two D-s(*+/-) are also measured. The individual branching fractions are found to be B(B-s(0) -> D-s*D-+/-(s)-/+) = (1.35 +/- 0.06 +/- 0.09 +/- 0.15)%, B(B-s(0) -> D-s*D-+(s)*(-)) = (1.27 +/- 0.08 +/- 0.10 +/- 0.14)%. All three results are the most precise determinations to date.

Abstract: The branching fraction B(B-s(0)->mu(+)mu(-)) = (3.09(-0.43-0.11)(+0.46+0.15)) x 10(-9) and the effective lifetime to tau(B-s(0) -> mu(+)mu(-)) = 2.07 +/- 0.29 +/- 0.03 ps are measured, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. No significant signal for B-0 ->mu(+)mu(-)gamma) and B-s(0)->mu(+)mu(-)gamma decays is found and upper limits B(B(B-0 ->mu(+)mu(-)) < 2.6 x 10(-10) and B(B-s(0) -> mu(+)mu(-)gamma) < 2.0 x 10(-9) at the 95% C.L. are determined, where the latter is limited to the range m(mu mu) > 4.9 GeV/c(2). The results are in agreement with the standard model expectations.Branching fraction and effective lifetime measurements of the rare decay B-s(0) -> mu(+)mu(-) and searches for the decays B-0 -> mu(+)mu(-) and B-s(0) -> mu(+)mu(-)gamma are reported using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to a luminosity of 9 fb(-1).

Abstract: The branching fraction B(B-0 -> D*(-)tau(+)nu(tau)) is measured relative to that of the normalization mode B-0 -> D*(-) pi(+)pi(-)pi(+) using hadronic tau(+) -> pi(+)pi(-)pi(+) (pi(0))(nu) over bar (tau) decays in proton-proton collision data at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2 fb(-1). The measured ratio is B(B-0 -> D*(-)tau(+)nu(tau))/B(B-0 -> D*(-) pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)) = 1.70 +/- 0.10(-0.10)(+0.11), where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is related to systematic effects. Using established branching fractions for the B-0 -> D*(-) pi(+)pi(-)pi(+) and B-0 -> D*(-)mu(+)nu(mu) modes, the lepton universality test R(D*(-)) = B(B-0 -> D*(-)tau(+)nu(tau))/B(B-0 -> D*(-)mu(+)nu(mu)) is calculated, R(D*(-)) = 0.247 +/- 0.015 +/- 0.015 +/- 0.012, where the third uncertainty is due to the uncertainties on the external branching fractions. This result is consistent with the Standard Model prediction and with previous measurements.

Abstract: The branching fraction and direct CP asymmetry of the decay B +. J/.. + are measured using protonproton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at centre- of- mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 3 fb – 1. The following results are obtained: ( B +. J/.. +) = ( 3.81 + 0.25 – 0.24 +/- 0.35) x 10 – 5, ACP ( B +. J/.. +) = – 0.045 + 0.056 – 0.057 +/- 0.008, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. Both measurements are the most precise to date.
