Abstract: We have a look at the P-cs states generated from the interaction of (D) over bar(*)Xi(c)('*) coupled channels. We consider the blocks of pseudoscalar-baryon (1/2(+) , 3/2(+)) and vector-baryon (1/2(+), 3/2(+)), and find 10 resonant states coupling mostly to (D) over bar Xi(c), <(D)*over bar>*Xi(c), (D) over bar Xi(c)' <(DA novel aspect of the work is the realization that the <(Dover bar>Xi(c), (Dover bar>(s) Lambda(c) or (Dover bar>*Xi(c), D-s*Lambda(c) channels, with a strong transition potential, collaborate to produce a larger attraction than the corresponding states <(Dover bar>Xi(c), <(Dover bar>Lambda(c) or (D) over bar*Xi(c), (D) over bar*Lambda(c) appearing in the generation of the strangenessless P-c states, since in the latter case the transition potential between those channels is zero. The extra attraction obtained in the (D) over bar Xi(c), (D) over bar* Xi(c) pairs preclude the association of the P-cs(4338) state coupling mostly to (D) over bar*Xi(c) while the P-cs(4459) is associated to the state found that couples mostly to (D) over bar Xi(c)'. Four more states appear, like in other molecular pictures, and some of the states are degenerate in spin. Counting different spin states we find 10states, which we hope can be observed in the near future.

Abstract: We face the inverse problem of obtaining the interaction between coupled channels from the correlation functions of these channels. We apply the method to the interaction of the (DK+)-K-0, (D+K0), and D-s(+)eta channels, from where the D-s0(& lowast;)(2317) state emerges. We use synthetic data extracted from an interaction model based on the local hidden gauge approach and find that the inverse problem can determine the existence of a bound state of the system with a precision of about 20 MeV. At the same time, we can determine the isospin nature of the bound state and its compositeness in terms of the channels. Furthermore, we evaluate the scattering length and effective range of all three channels, as well as the couplings of the bound state found to all the components. Lastly, the size parameter of the source function, R, which in principle should be a magnitude provided by the experimental teams, can be obtained from a fit to the data with relatively high accuracy. These findings show the value of the correlation function to learn about the meson-meson interaction for systems which are difficult to access in other present facilities.

Abstract: We extend the theoretical framework used to describe the T-cc state as a molecular state of D* D and make predictions for the D* D* and D-s(*) D) systems, finding that they lead to bound states only in the J(P) = 1+ channel. Using input needed to describe the T-cc state, basically one parameter to regularize the loops of the Bethe-Salpeter equation, we find bound states with bindings of the order of MeVand similar widths for the D*D* system, while the D*s D-* system develops a strong cusp around the threshold.

Abstract: We extend the Fixed Center Approximation (FCA) to the Faddeev equations for the (K) over bar N N system with S = 0, including the charge exchange mechanisms in the (K) over bar rescattering which have been ignored in former works within the FCA. We obtain similar results to those found before, but the binding is reduced by 6 MeV. At the same time we also evaluate the explicit contribution the pi N Sigma intermediate state in the three body system and find that it produces and additional small decrease in the binding of about 3 MeV. The system appears bound by about 35 MeV and the width omitting two body absorption, is about 50 MeV.

Abstract: We extend a recent approach to describe the B-0 and B-s(0) decays into J/psi f(0)(500) and J/psi f(0)(980), relating it to the B-0 and B-s(0) decays into J/psi and a vector meson, phi, rho, K*. In addition, the B-0 and B-s(0) decays into J/psi and kappa(800) are evaluated and compared to the K* vector production. The rates obtained are in agreement with the available experiment while predictions are made for the J/psi plus kappa(800) decay.

Abstract: We explore the possibility of experimentally detecting a predicted h(1) inverted right perpendicular I-G(J(PC)) = 0(-)(1(+-))inverted left perpendicular state of hidden charm made out from the D*(D) over bar* interaction. The method consists in measuring the decay of X(4660) into eta D*(D) over bar* and determining the binding energy with respect to the D*(D) over bar* threshold from the shape of the D*(D) over bar* invariant mass distribution. A complementary method consists in looking at the inclusive X(4660) -> eta X decay and searching for a peak in the X invariant mass distribution. We make calculations to determine the partial decay width of X(4660) -> eta h(1) from the measured X(4660) -> eta D*(D) over bar* distribution. This estimation should serve in an experiment to foresee the possibility of detecting the h(1) state on top of the background of inclusive events.

Abstract: We examine in detail a recent work (D. Gulmez, U. G. Meibner and J. A. Oller, Eur. Phys. J. C, 77: 460 (2017)), where improvements to make rho rho scattering relativistically covariant are made. The paper has the remarkable conclusion that the J=2 state disappears with a potential which is much more attractive than for J=0, where a bound state is found. We trace this abnormal conclusion to the fact that an “on-shell” factorization of the potential is done in a region where this potential is singular and develops a large discontinuous and unphysical imaginary part. A method is developed, evaluating the loops with full rho propagators, and we show that they do not develop singularities and do not have an imaginary part below threshold. With this result for the loops we define an effective potential, which when used with the Bethe-Salpeter equation provides a state with J=2 around the energy of the f(2)(1270). In addition, the coupling of the state to is evaluated and we find that this coupling and the T matrix around the energy of the bound state are remarkably similar to those obtained with a drastic approximation used previously, in which the q(2) terms of the propagators of the exchanged rho mesons are dropped, once the cut-off in the rho rho loop function is tuned to reproduce the bound state at the same energy.

Abstract: We evaluate theoretically the interaction of the open bottom and strange systems (B) over bar (K) over bar, (B) over bar * (K) over bar, (B) over bar (K) over bar * and (B) over bar* (K) over bar* to look for possible bound states which could correspond to exotic non-quark-antiquark mesons since they would contain at least one b and one s quarks. The s-wave scattering matrix is evaluated implementing unitarity by means of the Bethe-Salpeter equation, with the potential kernels obtained from contact and vector meson exchange mechanisms. The vertices needed are supplied from Lagrangians derived from suitable extensions of the hidden gauge symmetry approach to the bottom sector. We find poles below the respective thresholds for isospin 0 interaction and evaluate the widths of the different obtained states by including the main sources of imaginary part, which are the B *-> B gamma decay in the (B) over bar * (K) over bar channels, the K *-> K pi in the channels involving a K *, plus the box diagrams with (B) over bar (K) over bar and (B) over bar * (K) over bar intermediate states for the (B) over bar * (K) over bar * channels.

Abstract: We evaluate the width of the omega meson in nuclear matter. We consider the free decay mode of the omega into three pions, which is dominated by rho IEuro decay, and replace the rho and pi propagators by their medium-modified ones. We also take into account the quasielastic and inelastic processes induced by a vector-baryon interaction dominated by vector meson exchange, as well as the contributions coming from the mechanism with medium-modified K , propagators. We obtain a substantial increase of the omega width in the medium, reaching a value of 121 +/- 10 MeV at normal nuclear matter density for an omega at rest, which comes mainly from omega N -> pi pi N, omega NN -> pi NN processes associated to the dominant omega -> rho IEuro decay mode. The value of the width increases moderately with momentum, reaching values of around 200MeV at 600MeV/c.

Abstract: We evaluate the s-wave interaction of pseudoscalar and vector mesons with both charm and beauty to investigate the possible existence of molecular BD, B* D, BD*, B* D*, B (D) over bar, B* (D) over bar, B (D) over bar*, or B* (D) over bar* meson states. The scattering amplitude is obtained implementing unitarity starting from a tree level potential accounting for the dominant vector meson exchange. The diagrams are evaluated using suitable extensions to the heavy flavor sector of the hidden gauge symmetry Lagrangians involving vector and pseudoscalar mesons, respecting heavy quark spin symmetry. We obtain bound states at energies above 7 GeV for BD (J(P) = 0(+)), B* D (1(+)), BD* (1(+)), and B* D* (0(+), 1(+,) 2(+)), all in isospin 0. For B (D) over bar (0(+)), B* (D) over bar (1(+)), B (D) over bar* (1(+)), and B* (D) over bar* (0(+), 1(+), 2(+)) we also find similar bound states in I = 0, but much less bound, which would correspond to exotic meson states with _ (b) over bar and (c) over bar quarks, and for the I = 1 we find a repulsive interaction. We also evaluate the scattering lengths in all cases, which can be tested in current investigations of lattice QCD.
