BABAR Collaboration(Lees, J. P. et al), Martinez-Vidal, F., Oyanguren, A., & Villanueva-Perez, P. (2013). Search for CP violation in the decays D-+/- -> (KSK +/-)-K-0, D-s(+/-) -> (KSK +/-)-K-0, and D-s(+/-) -> K-S(0)pi(+/-). Phys. Rev. D, 87(5), 052012–10pp.
Abstract: We report a search for CP violation in the decay modes D-+/- -> (KSK +/-)-K-0, D-s(+/-) -> (KSK +/-)-K-0, and D-s(+/-) -> K-S(0)pi(+/-) using a data set corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 469 fb(-1) collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric energy e(+)e(-) storage rings. The decay rate CP asymmetries, ACP, are determined to be (+0.13 +/- 0.36(stat) +/- 0.25(syst))%, (-0.05 +/- 0.23(stat) +/- 0.24(syst))%, and (+0.6 +/- 2.0(stat) +/- 0.3(syst))%, respectively. These measurements are consistent with zero, and also with the Standard Model prediction [(-0.332 +/- 0.006)% for the D-+/- -> (KSK +/-)-K-0 and D-s(+/-) -> (KSK +/-)-K-0 modes, and (+0.332 +/- 0.006)% for the D-s(+/-) -> K-S(0)pi(+/-) mode]. They are the most precise determinations to date.

BABAR and Belle Collaborations(Abdesselam, A. et al), Martinez-Vidal, F., & Oyanguren, A. (2015). First Observation of CP Violation in (B)over-bar(0) -> D(CP)((*))h(0) Decays by a Combined Time-Dependent Analysis of BABAR and Belle Data. Phys. Rev. Lett., 115(12), 121604–10pp.
Abstract: We report a measurement of the time-dependent CP asymmetry of (B) over bar (0) -> D(CP)((*))h(0) decays, where the light neutral hadron h(0) is a pi(0), eta , or omega meson, and the neutral D meson is reconstructed in the CP eigenstates K+K-, K-S(0)pi(0) or K-S(0)omega. The measurement is performed combining the final data samples collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance by the BABAR and Belle experiments at the asymmetric-energy B factories PEP-II at SLAC and KEKB at KEK, respectively. The data samples contain (471 +/- 3) x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs recorded by the BABAR detector and (772 +/- 11) x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs recorded by the Belle detector. We measure the CP asymmetry parameters -eta S-f = +0.66 +/- 0.10(stat) +/- 0.06(syst) and C = -0.02 +/- 0.07(stat) +/- 0.03(syst). These results correspond to the first observation of CP violation in (B) over bar (0) -> D(CP)((*))h(0) decays. The hypothesis of no mixing-induced CP violation is excluded in these decays at the level of 5.4 standard deviations.

LHCb Collaboration(Aaij, R. et al), Garcia Martin, L. M., Henry, L., Jashal, B. K., Martinez-Vidal, F., Oyanguren, A., et al. (2019). Measurement of the Mass Difference Between Neutral Charm-Meson Eigenstates. Phys. Rev. Lett., 122(23), 231802–10pp.
Abstract: We report a measurement of the mass difference between neutral charm-meson eigenstates using a novel approach that enhances sensitivity to this parameter. We use 2.3 x 10(6) D-0 -> K-S(0)pi(+)pi(-) decays reconstructed in proton-proton collisions collected by the LHCb experiment in 2011 and 2012. Allowing for CP violation in mixing and in the interference between mixing and decay, we measure the CP-averaged normalized mass difference x(cp)= [2.7 +/- 1.6(stat) +/- 0.4(syst)] x 10(-3) and the CP-violating parameter Delta x = [-0.53 +/- 0.70(stat) +/- 0.22(syst)] x 10(-3). The results are consistent with CP symmetry. These determinations are the most precise from a single experiment and, combined with current world-average results, yield the fast evidence that the masses of the neutral charm-meson eigenstates differ.

LHCb Collaboration(Aaij, R. et al), Garcia Martin, L. M., Henry, L., Martinez-Vidal, F., Oyanguren, A., Remon Alepuz, C., et al. (2018). Measurement of the Omega(0)(c) Baryon Lifetime. Phys. Rev. Lett., 121(9), 092003–10pp.
Abstract: We report a measurement of the lifetime of the Omega(0)(c) baryon using proton-proton collision data at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb(-1) collected by the LHCb experiment. The sample consists of about 1000 Omega(-)(b) -> Omega(0)(c)mu(-)nu X-mu signal decays, where the Omega(0)(c) baryon is detected in the pK(-)K(-)pi(+) thorn final state and X represents possible additional undetected particles in the decay. The Omega(0)(c) lifetime is measured to be tau(Omega c0) = 268 +/- 24 +/- 10 +/- 2 fs, where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and from the uncertainty in the D+ lifetime, respectively. This value is nearly four times larger than, and inconsistent with, the current world-average value.

BABAR Collaboration(Lees, J. P. et al), Martinez-Vidal, F., & Oyanguren, A. (2012). Measurement of the semileptonic branching fraction of the B(s) meson. Phys. Rev. D, 85(1), 011101–9pp.
Abstract: We report a measurement of the inclusive semileptonic branching fraction of the B(s) meson using data collected with the BABAR detector in the center-of-mass energy region above the Y(4S) resonance. We use the inclusive yield of phi mesons and the phi yield in association with a high-momentum lepton to perform a simultaneous measurement of the semileptonic branching fraction and the production rate of B(s) mesons relative to all B mesons as a function of center-of-mass energy. The inclusive semileptonic branching fraction of the B(s) meson is determined to be B(B(s) -> l nu X) = 9.5(-2.0)(+2.5)(stat)(-1.9)(+1.1)(syst)% where l indicates the average of e and mu.
