Abstract: The Cabibbo-suppressed decay Lambda b0</mml:msubsup>-> chi (c1)p(-) is observed for the first time using data from proton-proton collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb(-1), collected with the LHCb detector at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. Evidence for the Lambda b0</mml:msubsup>-> chi (c2)p(-) decay is also found. Abstract: The branching fractions of the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decays D+ ! K, D+ ! and D+ s ! are measured using the decays D+ ! K and D+ s ! K as normalisation channels. The measurements are performed using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at a centre-of-mass energy of 8TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.0 fb. The results are B (D+ ! K) B (D+ ! K) = (6 : 541 0 : 025 0 : 042) 10 B (D+ ! ) B (D+ ! K) = (5 : 231 0 : 009 0 : 023) 10 B (D+ s ! ) B (D+ s ! K) = (2 : 372 0 : 024 0 : 025) 10 where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. These are the most precise measurements up to date.

Abstract: The branching fraction of the rare decay Lambda(0 )(b)-> Lambda(1520)mu(+)mu(-) is measured for the first time, in the squared dimuon mass intervals q(2), excluding the J/psi and psi(2S) regions. The data sample analyzed was collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb(-1). The result in the highest q(2) interval, q(2) > 15.0 GeV2/c(4), where theoretical predictions have the smallest model dependence, agrees with the predictions.

Abstract: The branching fraction of the rare B-s(0) -> phi mu(+)mu(-) decay is measured using data collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to integrated luminosities of 1, 2, and 6 fb(-1), respectively. The branching fraction is reported in intervals of q(2), the square of the dimuon invariant mass. In the q(2) region between 1.1 and 6.0 GeV2/c(4) , the measurement is found to lie 3.6 standard deviations below a standard model prediction based on a combination of light cone sum rule and lattice QCD calculations. In addition, the first observation of the rare B-s(0)-> f(2)' (1525)mu(+)mu(-) decay is reported with a statistical significance of 9 standard deviations and its branching fraction is determined.

Abstract: The branching fraction B(B0→D*−τ+ντ) is measured relative to that of the normalization mode B0→D*−π+π−π+ using hadronic τ+→π+π−π+(π0)¯ντ decays in proton-proton collision data at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2 fb−1. The measured ratio is B(B0→D*−τ+ντ)/B(B0→D*−π+π−π+)=1.70±0.10+0.11−0.10, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is related to systematic effects. Using established branching fractions for the B0→D*−π+π−π+ and B0→D*−μ+νμ modes, the lepton universality test R(D*−)≡B(B0→D*−τ+ντ)/B(B0→D*−μ+νμ) is calculated, R(D*−)=0.247±0.015±0.015±0.012, where the third uncertainty is due to the uncertainties on the external branching fractions. This result is consistent with the Standard Model prediction and with previous measurements.
