We find that the Z{\textquoteright} coupling parameter zeta(LR)(d) similar to 0.05 with a nontrivial new weak phase phi(L)(d) similar to -50 degrees, which is relevant to the Z{\textquoteright} contributions to the QCD penguin sector Delta C-5, is needed to reconcile the observed discrepancy. Combined with the recent fitting results from B --> pi K, pi K* and rho K decays, the Z{\textquoteright} parameter spaces are severely reduced but still not excluded entirely, implying that both the {\textquoteleft}{\textquoteleft}pi pi{\textquoteright}{\textquoteright} and {\textquoteleft}{\textquoteleft}pi K{\textquoteright}{\textquoteright} puzzles could be accommodated simultaneously within such a family nonuniversal Z{\textquoteright} model.", optnote="ISI:000289175800004", optnote="exported from refbase (https://references.ific.uv.es/refbase/show.php?record=595), last updated on Sat, 23 Apr 2011 15:28:08 +0000", issn="0217-751x", doi="10.1142/S0217751X11051573", opturl="http://arxiv.org/abs/arXiv:1003.6051", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1142/S0217751X11051573", archivePrefix="arXiv", eprint="arXiv:1003.6051", language="English" }
