In particular, we use the ensemble theory to obtain our results of interest. The thermodynamic functions as well as the spin currents are calculated as a function of the temperature. We observe that parameter xi, which triggers the Lorentz symmetry breaking, plays a major role in low temperature regime. Finally, depending on the configuration of the system, electrons can rotate in two different directions: clockwise and counterclockwise.", optnote="WOS:000989669300001", optnote="exported from refbase (https://references.ific.uv.es/refbase/show.php?record=5556), last updated on Wed, 28 Jun 2023 07:22:04 +0000", issn="0031-8949", doi="10.1088/1402-4896/acd30d", opturl="https://arxiv.org/abs/2209.11744", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1088/1402-4896/acd30d", language="English" }
