Such a term has been shown to appear in the next-to-next-to-leading order of the Skyrme pseudo-potential. The aim of the present article is to provide the necessary tools to incorporate this term in a fitting procedure: first, a mean-field equation written in spherical symmetry in order to describe spherical nuclei and second, the response function to detect unphysical instabilities. With these tools it will be possible to build a new fitting procedure to determine the coupling constants of the new functional.", optnote="WOS:000353300200002", optnote="exported from refbase (https://references.ific.uv.es/refbase/show.php?record=2202), last updated on Fri, 15 May 2015 12:25:05 +0000", issn="0954-3899", doi="10.1088/0954-3899/42/3/034001", opturl="http://arxiv.org/abs/1406.0340", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1088/0954-3899/42/3/034001", archivePrefix="arXiv", eprint="1406.0340", language="English" }
