This happens in the well-known "Majoron paradigm" for neutrino mass generation. We propose some realistic examples that allow spontaneous lepton number breaking to be safe from such domain walls. %R 10.1103/PhysRevLett.122.151301 %U https://arxiv.org/abs/1806.11198 %U https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevLett.122.151301 %P 151301-5pp
